Victoria FX respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Victoria FX mobile application and website.
Information We Process
Victoria FX allows users to upload screenshots of TradingView, MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and other trading charts for AI-assisted analysis.
When you submit a chart screenshot, the image is securely transmitted to our cloud infrastructure so that Victoria FX can analyze the chart and return information such as market structure, support and resistance, fair value gaps, breaker blocks, market structure shifts, possible setups, key levels, and Buy / Sell / Wait outlooks.
Users should avoid uploading screenshots that contain passwords, account numbers, personal financial information, or other sensitive information that is not necessary for chart analysis.
AI and Third-Party Processing
Victoria FX uses third-party cloud and artificial intelligence service providers to process chart screenshots and generate analysis. These service providers may process information on our behalf solely to provide the functionality of Victoria FX and are subject to their own privacy and security practices.
Victoria FX does not sell uploaded chart screenshots or personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
Screenshot Storage
Chart screenshots are processed for the purpose of generating the requested analysis. Victoria FX is currently designed so that screenshots are not intentionally stored permanently by Victoria FX after analysis unless a future feature specifically allows users to save chart history.
If screenshot or analysis history is introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain how that information is stored and how users may manage or delete it.
Information We May Collect
Victoria FX may collect limited technical information necessary to operate and improve the service, such as application errors, device or operating-system information, and usage information.
If user accounts, subscriptions, saved analysis history, or additional services are introduced, we may also collect information necessary to provide those features. This Privacy Policy will be updated when appropriate.
